Sports injury
I hv pain in my waist n right side lower back from last 6 months,it happens while playing badminton.Nothing came in X-ray.I did physiotherapy also and took medicine also.but all these just give temperory relief. Pls suggest.thx.

Yup it may be due to certain heavy pressure  on ur back or it may be due to ur profession as well as u r playing u badminton...if ur weight is more try to decrease it...see after taking pain killer it will decrease the pain for some time but it will treat only after when we treat internal pathology....and see in these kind of disease we advise to have least movement of that part because it may be sprain over there after taking pain killer pain reduces and we make movemnt of that part as we think that part is now ok by doing these we are making condition more worst...so avoid painkiller i am advising u some medicines have it because u have to play more and have to be fit...but avoid palying badminton for atleast a month...

if u want to carry something from ground make ur knee bend and take it from ground by doing these we decraese a direct pressure over back... Seat straight on chair or bike or anywhere... Avoid over working for some days... dont seat continuosly...after seating for half hrs stand or walk atleast for 1 minute..
