Hello. You are suffering from lumbar spondylosis with radiculopathy. Your MRI report suggest there is no neural compression which is a good thing. Regular exercise and physiotherapy is mainstay of your treatment. You can tell your physiotherapist to try IFT over your spine, along with quadriceps strengthening exercises, which will help with the pain. Use Lumbo-sacral Corset belt, wear it regularly. Avoid forward bending, heavy weight lifting, squatting. Take Tab PYRIGESIC 1gm twice daily after meals for 10 days, Cap FINE NERVE 1 cap at bedtime and Tab TRYPTOMER 10mg 1 tab at bedtime. Hope this helps.
