  3. Spinal surgery. Of my back muscles.

I had a L2 burst fracture due to fall from height in 2018. I underwent surgery L2 laminectomy L1-L3 pedicular screw fixation on Aug 2018. I am recovered from it & do all the things except heavy lifting & running. My question is about my pain on back. How can manage my pain & what exercises should I follow for the strength of my back muscles.
