Sperm not going inside
We got married 4 months back yet we are expecting pregnancy. After intercourse, I can see some almost all the sperm came out from the vagina. We have tried doggy style and missionary style but still same problem. Doctors please suggest what I have to do now?

I can understand your concern.
It's normal.
Not all semen will stay inside.
Some of it will come out and some of you will go in.
Just that you might not be able to see the ones going in.
Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
