Spasm on arms
I have been taking treatment from past 1 month from a physiotherapy clinic. There are some kind of knots on my right arm, shoulder I don't understand how long more is it going to take the knots to dissolve, it is very painful. The other doctor said it is muscle spasm, but didn't give any medicine to heal it only physiotherapy. Is there any other option, Sometime I cannot do even simple household work.
