Sort of tennis elbow.
Nagging pain on elbow joint. Injured while lifting weights in gym. Following RICE. But little relief. Too much pain while lifting weight first time but subdues on subsequent lifts. Weird.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I hope you are not in too much pain. It could be that there is some damage to the muscles or tendons around the area. It will require a physical examination. It doesnt look like tennis elbow from history but further examination and certain tests will give clues. Kindly consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Do not lift weights for few days. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
