Gallbladder well distended. Freely mobile caculi (4) of 6mm in lumen of Gallbladder largest measures 8mm. No calculus impacted in neck or cystic dust. But i have accute pain in stomach every day in middle of the night. Please suggest the proper reason and remedy.
