Smears: necrotizing lymphaden
Hi doctor, I'm 29 female, mother of 4 month old baby. A year back I was diagnosed with lymphnode tb and used medicine for 9 months. After 8 months 2 days back I've observed small node on the same place. Have done with the fnac test. Attached the report. Can you please let me know what exactly it is. One of the doctor told it is a tb but not active state. So prescribed the mantoux test and done it today evening. Currently I didn't take any medication for this. Can I feed my baby? And what is the issue? To which specialist I need to contact for this issue. Please see the attached report. please suggest. Thank you

Can be MDR tuberculosis needs further investigation . Madam in my opinion you shouldn't brest feed your baby until not diagnosed   But please consult a pediatrician for the best available formula for your baby. And you need some more tests. Please consult a general physician in your place for better evaluation and treatment.
