This small.small balls are all over my body.They are soft and hard.They dont hurt.But I looks really odd.

These small lumps are usually fibromas or neurofibromas...usually benign...need no treatment...a particular lump may b removed if it is large in size or causing discomfort/pain or for cosmetic purpose
