सर मेरे स्लिप डिस्क है । मेरे ये समस्या पिछले तीन महीने से है । मैने इससे पहले IBS HOSPITAL मे इलाज लिया था । उन्होने बताया कि आप ओपरेशन करवा लो । ओर मै अभी ओपरेशन वाले चक्करो मे नही पड़ना चाहता ।

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
There is a disc which is present in between the vertebrae.
The treatment depends on which disc you are having a problem with.
And the extent of herniation of the disc.
If its just a little, then it can be managed with a few exercises and some belts.
But if its more, surgical management is the only option.
Choice is yours.
