SLIGHT PAIN WHEN I TOUCH IN MY TESTICALS

Asked for Male, 32 Years

When i woke up and went to bathroom and pee normally. I didnt feel anything. after that some time when i touched accidentally in testicles i got pain in left testical. i never felt anything before like that. is that some thing to worry. No swelling and all visibly right now. i have no other problems. s that occurred because of sleeping position or something else
