  3. Slight congestion in chest. What to do.

Slight congestion in chest
It's been 20 days I am infected with covid. All symptoms were disappeared but still slight congestion persist . Kindly find attached hrct scan report. And CBP, D dimer CRP test were normal. Kindly advise what to do.
