I feel very weak out of the blue . I used to smoke but have completely cut down and I am very much in control . I also quite regularly workout and eat good food to keep myself fit . Not sure why I feel so weak sometimes and low on energy.My BP and Sugar is normal.Please advice

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Have you lost/gained weight recently? Kindly get your thyroid profile done. Along with a complete blood count. Take a cap.
