SURFAZ SN OINTMENT+ FUCIDIN OINTMENT 1::1RATIO + CALADRYL LOTION TO MIX PROPERLY AND APPLY IT SPREAD EASILY ALL OVER GIVES RELIEF APPLY TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY.
TABLET ATREX 25 mg ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIFTEEN DAYS.
CINTHOL SOAP TO BE USED IN SUMMER.
