Hello I got  fungal infection my buttocks and it got itchier in night can  you suggest any cream or powder to get rid of it ?

Please consult a dermatologist to ensure whether it is fungal infection or itching due to other causes. If fungal, it should respond to Ointment Clotrimazole to be applied locally.
