I'm now 14 week pregnancy( 1st pregnancy) . I actually wanted to study so for how long sitting is allowed now. One more thing I had my miscarriage one year before. So need to know whether sitting is allowed or not and what sort of posture need to follow. I mean sitting in chair is allowed or sitting in bed by folding leg. Please help me in it
