Reduce milk, milk products & sweets. Don't drink excess water. Do Pranayama every morning. Inhale slowly through left nostril, hold your breath for few seconds & exhale slowly through right nostril. Do vice versa. This definitely helps to reduce your problem, for further management visit nearby Ayurveda physician.
