Side effect of Birth control pill

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had unprotected sex on very next day after my period got over. Took an Ipill within 12 hrs of sex. But now on 5th day after having pill I am experiencing vaginal bleeding and pain. Now I am worried as i sew side effects.Is Ipill dangerous? This is the first time I have taken any birth control pill. Will it affect conceiving at later stage? Or any other long term impact on my health? Or are these side effects just temporary and taking just 1 time do not cause any harm like effect on fertility or anything related to that?I am not going to take it in future for sure..
