Siatic Pain issue
I Have siatic pain can someone sugggest me best treatment for it. so far physiotherapy is only helping in decreasing the pain. I cannot have full command over my left leg and i feel numb . and back pain. Can any chiropractor help me with the problem.. suggest me.. i am 27 and i don't want such complications this early

Go to an specialised sports physiotherapist, we do specialised treatment of mobilisation , advance dry needling and nerve stretching to reduce ur pain. Exercises are recommended only once ur pain goes completely to make you fit for ur future

Start with core strenthening and quad as well as hams ststrenthening exercises ,visit  occupational therapist for postural advise and ADL modification and wrk ergonomics.
