Shorten breathing
Hi , I am feeling shorten breath from morning by the evening I also start feeling fatigue.what should I do? Thanks in advance.

Regular exercise. Vit B12 & Vit D supplement. High protein diet. Reduce your weight if you are overweight. Yoga & pranayam.
