Shakiness and loss of strength
Hello! I was volunteering at an event and bringing a pack of water bottles, probably 22 full bottles, inside from the cold. That was very heavy but then afterward I was shaking and totally lost strength. I tried to drink a cup of water or hold a tea light and it was so incredibly hard to hold them due to the shaking and loss of strength. The next morning my arms feel so much pain. Is something wrong with me or is it just the result of lifting something too heavy and it will go away?
