Severe pain in thigh (left)

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have been facing since 20 days in the begging its very serious now ok but the pain won't stay more then 4-5 seconds but its very severe, i feel it is nerve pain not bone, when it pains it feels like someone pulling nerve out of your body, it comes 4 to 5 times in a day, area; thigh above knee below the testicles.
