Severe pain in abdoman
Sir we r from kodaikanal sir my wife name shajath is getting pain in center abdoman and back also ,we had consult 4 doctors the past 1 months ,we had taken all the blood tests ,scans,ct scans,etc ,some doctor told miid pancreas and some r told gastic problem ,but she not getting well , what we want to do sir ,the last one month she did not sleep well,she didn't eat well ,she can't able to do any work ,please give me u r advice

Hi there I have gone through your reports in detail its suggestive of acute pancreatitis... But it has to correlated with other investigations like amylase and lipase etc...if confirmed it can be treated by intravenous fluids and nasogastric feeling with antibiotics... Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
