Severe nausea and tiredness
2 days back i had headache and now there is slight stiffness in the forehead and no pain .but severe nausea and extreme tiredness.gastritis prob too.no medicines taken so far.i hav my vaccine slot on monday should i get tested if yes which test to begin with.pls help me out.i hav a toddler at home

Do not correlate ur symptoms with covid. U had an acute ep6of gastritis and may be associated with migraines headache. Both of these can be treated with a single dose of medication. Since u had not taken any medication u r feeling these symptoms With medicine u can go for vaccination
