Severe muscle , joint,spinal bone pains

Iam having a little one of 9 months old via c section this was my 2nd c section in last 2 years . from last 3 weeks iam having Sevear lower back pain , spinal bone pain, lower waist front and back pain from internal organs ,lumbar pain from left side to whole left leg , iam not able to fold my legs or sit down and I cannot stand on my knees for namaz , Iam having sleepless night due to severe pains in nights , please help me , iam having a 9 month old daughter , due my poor health iam not able to handle my dear daughter properly.
