Severe foot pain
After taking rest / sitting for sometime or while waking up in the morning I used to hope out of pain at least for 10 mins after which I will be normal. There's a big bulb at the bottom as well as back of my foot. It first appeared when I twisted my foot while playing cricket.

That is retro calcaneal bursitis, do foot stretching exercises daily, it will help, if pain persistent consult orthopedic surgeon
