Serrum Ferritin is very low

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello Doc, My serrum ferritin level is very low It is 8.5. Could this be a reason for thinning of my hair / hair fall and difficulty in loosing weight? I have iron deficiency anemia.Also i have heavy bleeding always since years during my periods. Pls suggest the best possible treatment for increasing my serrum ferritin level in homeopathy or alterbative medicines
