When I sit on hard surface I feel like something there in my urethra.when I am standing this feeling is lessen.First I used to masturbate now I have left.

Don't worry.. Get an USG abdomen and urine routine microscopy done. Some time it may be a referred pain. Consult your doctor and discuss about it get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done.
