Ringing ears and dizziness
For the past couple of weeks I have had ringing in both ears and a sense of fullness , don't know how to explain it. I suffer quite bad with health anxiety and feel so thiugh this is a brain tumor. I get fizzy too and fell headprrddure when I move too quick, like a dip in blood pressure. I'm so scared of fainting etc
