I have started gym 3 months ago.. Every thing was fine but now adays i can feel that my right testicle goes up during weight lifting mainly during leg exercises, and I can also feel my left testicle lower than my right one. I have experienced this problem 1.5 years ago , at that time i have felt the same for both the testicles i have consulted a doctor he gave me few medicines and told me to wear supporter for atleast two two three months. After doing that i felt well but now when i again started exercise i am experiencing the same issue. What to do?
