I am suffering from fever from 2-3 years. It increases when there is a change in season. With fever I feel pain in my joints and there is red spots on my hands and legs

Have u tested positive for rheumatoid arthritis.if it is rheumatoid arthritis there is treatment in AYURVEDA.tell me in detail for suggestions.
