Renal Transplant and Lifestyle
In response to a reply, the detailed query is: I take immuno-suppressants, its been 18 yrs since my renal transplant. I have been having fruits like apple, sweetlime(mousambi), pomegranate, by thoroughly cleaning them with hot water, washing knife with hot water. I would like to know if sterilising the fruits and knife is necessary. How do I eat if I don't have access knife or hot water? Can I have Banana, Watermelon, Pineapple, Blueberries, Strawberries?
