Regarding pregnancy
My wife is two weeks pregnant ,our doctor recommended to take lupigest tablet but after taking the tablet she is having reaction of the same and started severe headache , discomfort e.t.c,thereagter we had given aevil then she got relief ,so is there any chance of miscarriage due to this as she got bleeded after the intimation...?

Observe for 48 hours. With complete bed rest. Take plenty of lime water for the time being at least 4glasses per day. If you see that the bleeding is continuing go to the emergency dept of your nearest hospital.
