Regarding my pregnancy. What to do?

I had my follicular study in may 2018 after using siphene 50mg from 2nd day of my period,evatone 2mg on 8th day ,duphadtan from 15th day,pubergin 10001u on 12 the day after using these on 12th day scan df right ovary 15*11mm ,df left ovary 22*20mm,et 05mm ,no free fluid in pod on 14th day df right ovary 15*11mm ,df left ovary 30*25mm,et 5mm, no fluid in pod,o n 16th day day df right ovary 21*14mm ,df left ovary collapsed ,et 8mm minimal free fluid in pod,on 19th day df right ovary 15*12mm irregular,df left ovary collapsed ,et 9.4mm,minimal free fluid in pod. In June I got my period by 28th day as their is miscommunication between me and Doctor I didn't use the medicines from 2nd day,today is my 7th day and consulted doctor and she told me to to use the same medicine for next Month and told me take follicular study,am not understanding.is two eggs got collapsed then only I will be pregnant?what to do
