REGARDING MY B. P
Hi Doctor, I am 32 years old, i had got fever last 15 days back, i had visited a genral physician when checked my BP was 135/100 and 102°c, she said its bit high contorl by less salt intake, no oil food and do exersise. After 3 days i got checked agiain it was 140/95. Again yesterday when i checked it was 150/100. Can u advise what to do.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Get your blood pressure checked out by the same person on the same time for 3 days. If it still stays persistently high, only then you require treatment.  Starting from now, lower your salt intake, avoid papads and pickles, avoid soy sauce, oily and spicy foods to also be avoided. Walking for 40 minutes a day is also a must. Yoga, pranayama, meditation will definitely help. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Hello.......,In measurement of blood pressure inter observer and intra observer variation is normal.. Also your state while checking blood pressure is important... So don't worry about variation.. Now you can manage with diet if it's persistently high with symptoms then you have to take medications.
