Regarding hormone therapy

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hi dr, I m on hrt( progynova for24 days and meprate-last10 days) . 18th june I started the medicine progynova. But on 26th june I forgot to take the medicine. From 27th I continued as per schedule. But today morning ive got bleeding. How did this happen pls tell me whether to continue medicines or not. Thank u .
