Hello... My baby is 23 month old... She got some red pickles type on her chin... When I apply calamine it go...then after few day it came... And always her chin area was wet with her salvia like she used to put her tounge out and bcoz of this chin wet... Is bcoz of wet chin...and it not itching she never take her hand over there for itching...
