  3. Red small bumps on skin. Ever works.

Red small bumps on skin
I have red small bumps on my shoulders and back. Its like a skin Infection. I having mediation like lotion calamine, candid b cream and powder etc. I also saw doctor which write but nothing works. Please suggest me some good antibiotics or lotion or cream which ever works.
