Red projections on tongue

Asked for Female, 70 Years

She has red projections on back part of tongue from one year.She had taken many allopathic medicines.But no relief at all.Now she is on homeopathic medicine from three months.But still no relief.She also feels very dryness in mouth and face difficulty in swallowing.Please tell what is this disease and how can be cured.
