Hi, I'm having a rash red like dot on my penis forehead, i've consult many doctors,some saying like balanoposthitis. Taken many pills & cream like itraconazole,all the zole family,it works.BUT keeps coming back. Its been almost 3yrs now. Can this be healed please help
