Random throbbing in head
I've an infrequent throbbing pain & pressure on the right side of head. It appears randomly, say when bending down to get something. I will feel it every single time when I wake up, without fail. That's the only time I can guarantee it'll be felt. I had to take tea sometimes get it cleared up. I don't know what's the problem with me Anyway, here's a summary: * Throbbing in head on the right side * Infrequent (appears at random) * Appears often these days

Hi...., I went through your query.... Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax.....Kindly consult Neurologist for further evaluation and treatment...
