Rabies vaccine schedule
Have been licked by a dog in an existing injury.Went to a govt. Hospital.They put me on a 4 dose schedule in Bangalore(0,3,7,28).I had taken 2 shots of pre exposure rabies shots around 3 years back.So they reduced d shots to 3.Do you think it is done rightly?

Hello well yes absolutely right if you have already taken a dose off Rabies vaccine put in the last 5 years then 3 shots of vaccine would be enough for this time... You need not worry about the schedule.. it is correct only... Hope I am clear enough....
