7.5 yr old got operated on August 9th for acute appendicitis he was discharged on aug12th again on aug 14th adobmen scanning was done and and no findings.. he administrated antiboitics again discharged on Monday aug16th evening syrup ofm - 8ml morning n evening for 5 days
Syrup flexon DS- 3times for 2days was given
On aug 19th again fvere of 102 was observed doctor suggested to use flexon again...
So fever is common in all appendicitis patients
Or what may be the reason of pain..
