Pyogenic granuloma
Hi i have pyogenic granuloma in my scalp. Please see the picture.
Its not paining, is it harmful if i let it be like this?
Is there any treatment without surgical and Lazer? Which i will do my self. Please suggest me.

hello there.
treatment of pyogenic granuloma is by electrodessication and curettage. pulsed co2 laser is also effective.
pyogenic granuloma is not infective or malignant. but it may have recurrence.
it's a very simple procedure, you don't have to worry much as its very safe.
I'm afraid there is nothing you can do by yourself to treat it.
