Puffy Nipples
About 2 years back i noticed my chest was not like other boys,so i reduced my wt from 95kg to 75kg but still my nipples are large enough to make the chest look bad,my nipples contract when i take a bath and that is the size I want them to be but the whole day they remain kind of puffy. Plz help. I can't tell my parents

Hi. Gynecomastia is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone.
Most cases of gynecomastia regress over time without treatment. However, if gynecomastia is caused by an underlying condition, such as hypogonadism, malnutrition or cirrhosis, that condition may need treatment.
