Prolonged period

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have been on my period for 6 weeks . It’s not really heavy but it’s not spotting . I have also been suffering from Dizziness. I have consulted by Dr but she does not seem to think this is related . Occasionally I get pain around my pelvis but this does not happen everyday and it goes away with pain killers . I have recently just come off sertraline after 6 weeks as the Dr feels this is because the sertraline was causing the dizziness . I have been having slight headaches too
