Prolonged Cough

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I am suffering from cough since last 1 month. My ESR was 45 and WBC was 10.9 15 days back. Cough problem is improved now but in the evening i am still facing cough problem. I am taking medicines suggested by ENT specialist. Kindly suggest.

Get a chest X Ray done to be on the safe side. You could repeat your CBC ESR and compare with your previous report. Your cough without fever suggests an allergic element to your cough and allergic coughs take weeks to go. I presume that you are already taking a prescribed antiallergic.
