Problems due to semi cooked mutton
I had mutton today including some bone marrow, and it was slightly uncooked, precisely the pieces were juicy due to cooking but they were still very chewy and hard fibred. So I know it was undercooked. Also the bone marrow seemed very white on the inside. I have been feeling slightly iffy since eating it, mostly psychologically. How do I know I'm not falling sick?

Hello.. Well it's quite possible that you might suffer from go disturbances as you have eaten undercooked food...Because it will be difficult for digestion...I would suggest you to make sure that you drink water well And meet a doctor if you face problems
