Problem with sex
I am suffering from Hypothyroid and using anti depressants since 7 years my sexual feelings are dead and I want to be normal again are there any natural tablets or natural supplements to become normal again please suggest.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. i can suggest a few methods, if they work for you then its good. if not, then consult a sex therapist in person regarding this. 1. Start with foreplay and take things slowly. 2. do not indulge in foreplay soon, and once you do, do it slowly until you feel full erection. 3. when you feel you are about to ejaculate, pause for a few seconds and then start over again. 4. do some core strengthening exercises and pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
