Problem due to drinking
Previously when she drank and got sick and had very bad vomiting and now and lil blood came from her mouth when she drank is it serious !? What precautions need to be taken rather than drinking.

Retching while vomiting after alcohol can cause Mallory Weiss tear of the esophagus. She needs to be seen by a doctor to assess if it's trivial or serious. It could be just due to small mucosal tears also. One never know without checking.
